Above all I am a dreamer. I’m passionate about the integration of the paths of the body and the spirit, exploring healing through reconnection with pleasure and magic.

I am a white settler of Polish, German, Irish, and English descent living on the unceded territories of the Quw’utsun peoples. I bring a justice lens to my work that is rooted in a deep belief in both individual and community capacity for healing and change.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria. I am a counsellor at Peers Victoria Resources Society and from 2017-2021 I was a counsellor at the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre. I have specialized training in working with trauma and sexualized violence. My approach is both client-centered and trauma-informed. I have received training and education in somatic, relational, attachment, and response-based approaches, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

My approach to healing has been deeply informed through my life experience and education outside of the traditional counselling field as well. I have training and experience in both ritual and dreamwork. Working with individuals around expressing and embracing their sexuality has been an active part of my life and work for many years. I’m a member of the queer community and passionate about and experienced in supporting queer and gender diverse humans, as well as those in alternative relationship models. I believe deeply in both individual and community capacity for healing through embodiment, pleasure, and connecting to the desires of the heart, body, and soul.
